In today's business environment, it's possible to do more and more anytime, anywhere, thanks to the internet. The rapid expansion of digital content has exploded via computers, smartphones and tablets. And now, you can work with us online as well. Gross, Puckey, Gruel & Roof, P.C. is pleased to offer Client Portals. Client Portals offer you access to a variety of services anytime, right from our website. It's as easy and secure as online banking, and all it takes is a NetClient CS portal.
Client Portals offer a secure alternative to email for communicating and collaborating with clients. Portals provide three advantages over email and snail mail. First, security is enhanced because no files are exhanged between creator and user; information is "pushed" to the Portal which is then retrieved by the client. Second, portals provide a green initiative that allows less paper to be printed and mailed. Third, the ability to access your information removes the need to request and store paper; it is now as simple as entering your login name and password and accessing the document you need. In addition to instant access to the documents you need, you will also be able to upload documents to us with same three advantages. We can set up a Client Portal for any client who requests it, and we are in the midst of crafting a phased-in plan to transition to using portals as our default method of delivering documents to you.
Setting up your private portal is fast and easy. When you're ready, just call us or email us. Otherwise, we will keep you posted on further developments regarding access to your portal.
